Hinting from the quick updates to no update at all, I will be abandoning this blog.
To clear things first, this blog is NOT some hangat-hangat tahi ayam thing of mine. I put up lots of effort onto updating it and keeping it interesting. I was planning to even introduce foods around in Kampar and lots of idea brainstormed my mind when I started it.
The main reason why I've decided to end this is because it's taking up quite a large portion of my time to keep it updated. The dedication it requires is not something that I could provide right now. Even more so, I have to evaluate it whether this blog did what it was set out to do when I first started it.
If you read my disclaimer, this blog was meant for me to share the stuffs that I like and to educate/spread the message to Kamparians so that people would understand my inside joke and to let people to have something to talk about. It's almost one month now and has it achieved what I want? Not quite. It's just not worth the effort anymore.
The amount of visitors aren't that uprising either with 30% of the visitors came from all over the world that were searching for the keyword "man fucked to death by horse" (a post which I made back then). Yes, it's a sick sick world but the point is, getting people to visit my blog is not a hard thing. The hardest part is to get people motivated to read/view the contents. Is my blog not interesting enough? I tried to put less text into it and focus more on pictures and videos but as it seems, it's just not everyone's cup of tea.
All in all, I placed lots of effort. I wrote 100+ entries in a month which is more than some bloggers could ever write in a year. It doesn't pay off. So it simply means that it's not worth it to continue anymore. Will I be back? Time will tell I guess.
I would like to thank my avid readers, arc, Glacial, Sycorax and those whom I failed to mention. Thanks for the support you guys have shown.
PS: No, this is NOT some early April Fool's prank. lol
